Each one is hand-picked to preserve its individual qualities to add to this wonderfully classic blend. To craft our gin we vapor infuse our botanicals, never ever boil them. By distilling our ingredients this way, we’re able to draw out every last drop of their distinctive flavors. Bombay Dry is still based on the same time-honored recipe from 1761. Our unique vapor infusion process, used to distill all Bombay gins, delicately extracts the best from each botanical. From the heat of our Moroccan cubeb berries to the spice of our West African Grains of Paradise, every one of our ten precious botanicals is chosen to bring their own special something to our gin.
