It has been 215 years since our foundation in Oita, cherished quality, tradition and innovation, and continues to make craft shochu & sake including liqueur such as umeshu (plum wine) and also oak aging spirit like. We work hard together with the local natural water, sunlight and wind. We want to foster Japanese culture through shochu & sake making with our craftmanship.
