We first experienced mezcal in the mid 1990s while travelling around Oaxaca. From the first sip, we felt a buzz on our palates that began in our mouths and went straight to a sacred place in our hearts. At that very moment, something visceral stirred in our minds and from then on – we knew it was our duty to share this experience with the world.
