The Bellini cocktail is a timeless classic celebrated for its simplicity and elegance. Hailing from Venice, Italy, it combines white peach purée with chilled Prosecco, resulting in a delightful fusion of natural sweetness and sparkling effervescence.

The ripe white peach brings a fruity and aromatic profile to the mix, perfectly complemented by the crisp and bubbly nature of Prosecco.
