Bicicletta

The Bicicletta is a classic but often overlooked Italian apertif. This simple yet elegant concoction combines dry white wine, typically a crisp Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc, with the herbal bitterness of Campari and a generous splash of sparkling water.

Served over ice and garnished with a zesty lemon or orange slice, the Bicicletta is a light and effervescent drink that's perfect for warm afternoons.

Its harmonious blend of flavors, from the wine's crispness to the Campari's bitterness, makes it a delightful pre-dinner sip that transports you to the breezy streets of Italy.
