Our original name, La Crema Vinera, means “best of the vine,” setting the standard for all we do since 1979. Our family-owned and operated winery focuses exclusively on cool-climate appellations. We’re continually exploring these very special regions— passionate in our belief that they make uniquely expressive and elegant wines.
The wine displays aromas of gala apple, yellow plum, and orange blossom are followed by flavors of Meyer lemon, Bosc pear, and nectarine. On the palate, the wine presents distinct mineral notes and juicy acidity. Goes well with this wine is great alongside light salads, especially with vinaigrette dressings, and light pastas, especially with seafood or lemon. Try a gooey camembert cheese and definitely prosciutto with it!
