Chocolate Martini

  • Cocoa powder, to rim glass
  • 30ml chocolate liqueur, plus more for rimming glass
  • 30ml creme de cacao (such as Giffard)
  • 30ml vodka
  • 15ml half-and-half


  1. Add a small amount of chocolate liqueur into a small rimmed plate.
  2. Add a small amount of cocoa powder to another plate.
  3. Dip the rim of an inverted cocktail glass into the liqueur, then into the cocoa powder. Set aside.
  4. Add the chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, vodka and half-and-half into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared glass.
