Rock Angel, the sister wine of Whispering Angel’s is made at the same winery, Château d’Esclans, located in the heart of Provence with the Mediterranean coast in its sights. Rock Angel is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino grapes. The main difference between the two wines is that Rock Angel has a partial fermentation in large oak barrels. The result is that it has a more complex, richer, and structured taste profile than Whispering Angel, so if you like a structured, food friendly, rosé wine then this is the one for you. Rock Angel is a delicate pale pink with summer red berry aromas and a hint of floral and spice. On the palate, it has a creamy texture, crisp acidity and a saline, mineral note.
