Color: A bright, intense ruby-red colour with purple highlights.
Aroma: Deeply intense and fruity, with notes of blackberry and blackcurrant, red berries such as cranberries and spicy aromas of pink peppercorn, combined with soft notes of butterscotch and cedar imparted by oak ageing.
Taste: Starts out excellent with good volume, well-balanced acidity and a very good structure. Fruity aromas of blackcurrant and spicy nuances follow through to the long, lingering finish.
Food Pairings: Provence-style rib of beef, Moist chocolate cake and raspberries.
