Deskripsi
1996 is a truly great vintage with all the hallmark characteristics: power, depth, richness, complexity, but also delicacy, subtlety, and harmony. Today the nose is not really closed, but still rather restrained. All the aromas are there, but a bit masked. On the palate, it is obviously the power that dominates; the tannic structure is dense, tight, and firm without being hard. Ideally, you should wait a few more years before starting to drink this superb wine whose balance will assure a very harmonious evolution.
