Deskripsi
A late and demanding vintage, where the adaptation of cultural practices allowed to approach the harvest with a vineyard in good health. Despite a sullen, cool and historically humid spring, the flower runs smoothly, homogeneous although late. The white harvest begins on September 26, followed by the first Merlots 2 days later. Exceptional fact! Sauvignon gives good results. The whites are very fragrant. If the acidity is present, it is balanced by a very nice volume and a nice fat on the palate.

Sauvignon : 90%
Semillon : 10%
