Piña Colada

The Piña Colada cocktail is an iconic tropical cocktail, famous for its luscious and creamy taste. This beloved classic combines white rum with coconut cream and freshly squeezed pineapple juice, creating a rich, sweet, and velvety concoction.

Ingredients

  • 60ml White Rum
  • 45ml Cream of coconut
  • 45ml Pineapple juice
  • 15ml Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge
  • Garnish: Pineapple leaf

Steps

  1. Add the rum, cream of coconut and pineapple and lime juices to a shaker with ice
  2. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled Hurricane glass over pebble ice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.
