Description
The elaboration of this Aszú (teardrop wine) from Oremus, a Hungarian winery founded by Vega Sicilia in 1993, is only possible in vintages in which the ideal conditions for the formation of noble grains are met. The berries swollen by moisture crack and on their skin appears a fungus called "botrytis cinérea" that causes noble rot to be triggered giving rise to very concentrated sweet wines. a delicious nose of candied apricot, pineapple, peach, honey and sweet spice. The silky texture and flavours are combined in the mouth with a beautiful acidity that gives freshness and liveliness to this magnificent wine.
