This classic Tasmanian is rich in character thanks to fresh makrut lime leaves, dry lemon peel and delicate notes of select herbs and spices fortified to tantalise and linger, rather than overbear. Tasting Notes: Warm, complex pepperberry and juniper come through on the nose and continue onto the palate and finish. On the palate, luscious citrus tones come through while the finish is long and elegant.
