Description
This is a 2015 bottling of single malt from Japan's small but fantastic Chichibu distillery, released as part of their On The Way series. Japanese whisky enthusiasts will want to get their hands on a bottle of this.
Herbaceous at first, though soon enough hints of caramel and tinned peaches arrive. Flavors of various spices, apples, and slowly growing notes of nutty malt.
