Placing an order with us is simple and easy. All you have to do is visit our website, browse through our selection of products, and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you have added all the items you want to buy, click the 'check out' button to proceed to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you will be prompted to fill in your personal information, including your name, shipping & billing address, and phone number. Once you have filled in all the required information, you will be asked to choose your preferred payment method. You can pay using a variety of methods, including debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets. After you have completed your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

We are pleased to offer delivery and shipping services to our customers. For instant deliveries, we currently serve the Jakarta area only. For standard shipping, we deliver to locations all across Indonesia.

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 days to Java and Bali. Delivery times may vary depending on the location, so please allow additional time for anywhere outside of these areas.
  • Instant delivery: Orders are typically delivered in under 3 hours. Please note that this service is only available for orders placed before 9:00pm, and any orders received after this time will be processed the next day.

For orders across Jawa and Bali, we charge a flat rate delivery fee of Rp 10,000. If you are located outside of these areas, the shipping fee will depend on your location and the size and weight of your order, which will be calculated at checkout. Please note that wooden packaging is mandatory for deliveries outside of Java and Bali to ensure their safety during transportation. This fee will also be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.

We understand that delivery times are important to our customers, and we strive to provide fast and reliable delivery services. Generally, we aim to deliver within 3 hours of placing it. However please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of your order. During peak periods, such as holidays or special events, delivery times may be longer than usual.

You will receive a tracking link via email for all orders. This link will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you have chosen our instant delivery option, you will receive a link that tracks your driver in real-time so you can see exactly where your order is. Yes, we offer click-and-collect services. You can choose this option at checkout and we will send you a notification via email when your order is ready with instructions on where to go and what to do when you arrive. Our pickup service is available during our regular store operating hours. Please note that we will hold your order for 2 days, after which time the items will be returned to inventory.

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. In order to request a refund, we require an unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon arrival. We evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and we require that all bottles have at least 75% of the liquid remaining. If you need to request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order information and the reason for the return. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

We offer various payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and popular e-wallets such as OVO, ShopeePay, and DANA. Yes, our online selection is generally identical to what we have in-store, with the exception of pre-order items and some premium wines. Yes, we do offer discounts on bulk purchases of 3 or 6 bottles in our offline store. Please note that the discount only applies to in-store purchases and cannot be applied to online orders.
