Deskripsi
This is a rather late vintage with a slow flowering in mid-May and a veraison mid-August and rather heterogeneous (with drips and miller and age). Reasoned management of the vineyard implemented since 10 years made it possible to make up for this delay in maturity: flowing, light leaf thinning at the end of July, harvesting in green in 3 steps in order to regulate the heterogeneity. The whites have undergone very many sorting on the ground. The constant work therefore made it possible to approach the harvest with a perfectly healthy grape, while pressure was particularly high this year. The whites, Sauvignons as Semillons, are a great success. They are aromatic, with a beautiful bold and nice tension.
